What is the name of this hip hop song?

i remember listening to it ages ago  i liked it  i can't remember
the name of it.

my best though:
it's from the 90's, i think more specifically 1995, it's by a group 
it was described as an alternative hip hop song.
i remember watching the video for it  it's hard to describe but it's
'revolving', as in the screen revolves or something like that. i think
the screen moves upside down as well?
i don't remember the song name nor the name of the group who made it,
so any suggestions are welcome :-)

PS. it's not the black eyed peas.
